Villa Alpha

Located just outside the pretty fishing village of Ampelas and a few minutes drive from the chic harbour village of Naousa, Villa Alpha is a superb, well-appointed property for a large group. One of just five villas on a private estate, it sits within its own landscaped Mediterranean-style gardens looking out to the Aegean Sea. Guests have priority use of tennis and basketball courts and a gym, all within the complex and used by only one other property.

The villa sleeps up to 22 guests in 11 en suite rooms, across the three floors, all with smart TVs. Some of the rooms have lounge areas and some can be connected making them good for families. The rooms on the first floor have balconies with sea or mountain views and those on the lower ground floor have outdoor terraces. The interiors feature white marble floors, white walls, modern furniture and accents of blue. There’s a spacious lounge, with great sea views, a cinema room and two kitchens.

Outside, the large terrace features spacious, extremely comfortable, lounge areas, a shaded marble dining table for 22 and a high-tech outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, grill and barbecue. Central to the terrace is a 30m infinity pool with outdoor showers and loos. The sun loungers are huge and inviting. There are also two outdoor bars. There are many sandy beaches on Paros, the closest being at Ambelas where there are also a few tavernas.
